Internet explored seems to be losing gound every month to Firefox - is there any way for Microsoft to claw back those lost users - or is it a spiral of lost confidence?

What would you like to see happen with Internet explorer that would make you consider using it again? (for those who use firefox)

With IE8 being in beta testing at the moment would you consider giving it a run on your PC?
