Default Should I outsource my Business process?

Hi

I am thinking of starting a new business. I have heard that it is better to consult a BPO company to manage my payroll processing and other major processes.

Will it be helpful for me?

Default Outsource your business process today

Outsourcing your business processes is always helpful to maximise output of your business. As your company grows you will have bulk of data to process.

Outsourcing companies will take care of back office accounting and payroll work for all their clients. You can concentrate more on your product marketing and development.

So it is advisable to outsource your business process.

Hi - there are many advantages to outsourcing your Administration needs. No need to draw up an employee contract and worry about maternity, holiday pay, PAYE, training, sick pay and pension contributions.

No need to provide office space and equipment.
By leaving the administration you can focus on your growing business and bill out your valuable time to your clients at a higher rate.
A virtual secretary is cheaper then using an office temp.
Flexible secretarial support when you need it. This can mean out of office hours and at short notice allowing you to meet those deadlines.
You pay only for the hours the Virtual PA works.

I have written several articles on this growing industry which are posted on my website. www.judycablepaservices.com. Please let me know if I can be of assistance one day

Hi Aneeta,

We produce payroll software as well as offering payroll outsourcing services. If you are setting up your company on your own the payroll wouldn't be that difficult to process. Our company offers free technical support and have many clients in the same position as you, who need assistance in the first few months of running their payroll.

Here's a link to our site: www.qtac.co.uk. If you do consider to go this route, then do make sure that the software is on the HMRC Accredited List of payroll software providers.

Alternatively, if you do choose to outsource your entire payroll function, then, as I said we also provide these services: www.thepayrolldept.co.uk.

If you've any more questions, let me know

That's an interesting list. Looks like you should open a site starting with the number 1, to get yourself at the top of that list.
hmmmm...1qtac.co.uk

Hi Anneta,

Blimy - that sounds like an overwhelming 'yes you should outsource' - but so far we've resisted. It's different if someone comes to you for something that isn't quite your speciality, so you might have a trusted contact for the odd piece of work... but on the whole we do everything inhouse.

I guess it depends on your business - we make websites and specialise in complex bespoke coding... so if we outsourced it we'd want to check the code was neat and smooth running and that the site worked well, it might take us as long to wade through someone else's code as just have written it ourselves in the first place. I guess over time you'd come to trust that other party - but for the time being, we're choosing to do everything in house.

We are aware though that outsourcing is a way to grow your business... with us it comes down to quality control... if you know your product/service won't suffer from outsourcing, then it may be the way to go for your business.

Lx
